通过本研究，研究后牙区即刻种植，开放式愈合对种植手术的影响，以及研究同期行引导骨组织再生的最佳愈合方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, the effects of immediate implantation and open healing on implant surgery in the posterior region were investigated, as well as the optimal healing method for guided bone regeneration at the same time.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.外科手术的一般禁忌症；
2.磨牙症；
3.存在活动和未控制的牙周病；
4.头颈部放疗病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. General contraindications to surgery;
2. Bruxism;
3. The presence of active and uncontrolled periodontal disease;
4. History of head and neck radiotherapy.

本研究为一项开放性、随机、对照的研究，进行完全随机对照研究，将患者随机分为三组，首先按照就诊次序牌排序，然后成一组随机数（样本量计算患者数目约为180人），顺序不变赋值给患者序号。将随机数从小到大排列，1-60个组1，61-120个组2，120-180个组3，组1为后牙即刻种植同期引导骨组织再生术开放式愈合组，组2为后牙即刻种植同期引导骨组织再生术严密缝合组，组3为延期种植组。

This study is an open, random, controlled study, and a completely random controlled study is conducted. Patients are randomly divided into three groups. First, they are sorted according to the visiting order card, and then they are grouped into a group of random numbers.
