Objectives of Study：

By comparing the effectiveness of different methods, the optimal lung collapse method was selected.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.预期插管困难(Mallampatti评分≥3)；
2.FEV1<预测值的70%；
3.慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)；
4.气胸；
5.肺大泡；
6.胸膜粘连；
7.严重哮喘；
8.胸部手术史；
9.纽约心脏协会(NYHA)心力衰竭III-IV级；
10.脑血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Expected difficulty in intubation (Mallampatti score >= 3);
2. FEV1<70% of the predicted value;
3. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD);
4. Pneumothorax;
5. Bullae;
6. Pleural adhesions;
7. Severe asthma;
8. History of chest surgery;
9. New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart failure class III-IV;
10. Cerebrovascular disease.

DLT通向非通气肺的管腔在患者转侧卧位后立即夹闭，开始单肺通气，而DLT管腔的远端直到胸膜开放后才向大气开放。

The lumen leading to the non-ventilated lung of the DLT is clamped immediately after the patient is transferred to lateral decubitus to initiate single-lung ventilation, while the distal end of the DLT lumen is not open to the atmosphere until the pleura is opened.
