研究目的：

探索周边离焦信号对儿童周边视网膜功能的影响，探究不同设计的周边离焦信号对人眼周边视网膜静态及动态视觉信息处理的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of peripheral defocus signals on peripheral retinal function of children, and to explore the effects of different designs of peripheral defocus signals on static and dynamic visual information processing of peripheral retina.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 不能耐受配戴接触镜；
2. 对接触镜护理产品过敏；
3. 使用过近视防控产品；
4. 干眼及其他眼部疾病史；
5. 眼压高于 21mmHg 或双眼眼压差异大于 5mmHg；
6. 前房浅（周边前房深度小于 1/4 角膜厚度）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to wear contact lenses;
2. Allergic to contact lens care products;
3. Have used myopia prevention and control products;
4. History of dry eye and other eye diseases;
5. The intraocular pressure is higher than 21mmHg or the difference in intraocular pressure between the eyes is greater than 5mmHg;
6. Shallow anterior chamber (peripheral anterior chamber depth less than 1/4 corneal thickness).
