研究目的:

使用肌电信号作为电刺激的控制信号,并依据神经运动控制的相关理论进行多肌肉协同电刺激,从而观察其对脑卒中康复的效果并研究其机理。  

Objectives of Study:

Using electromyography as the control signal of NMES when delivering coordinate multi-muscle stimulation based on theories of motor control, and subsequently observe the efficacy of NMES on stroke rehabilitation and its mechanisms.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 短暂性脑缺血发作,可逆性神经功能缺损 (RIND) 等
2. 经检查证实神经功能缺损由脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病、心脏病、代谢障碍等疾病引起者
3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女
4. 合并心、肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者,癫痫患者

Exclusion criteria:

1. Transient ischemic attack, reversible ischemic neurological deficit (RIND), etc.
2. Diagnosed with any neurological deficits caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasites, heart disease, or metabolic disorders.
3. Women in pregnancy or lactation.
4. Complicated with severe primary disease including heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic and endocrine system, mental disorder and epilepsy.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据原始资料保存于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院。数据记录采用纸质和电子版病例记录表。电子表的录入由两位秘书独立核对,并最终以数据库形式保存。

Data are collected by clinical recording formula (both paper and electronic version). E-CRF is double-checked by two secretaries independently. All data are restored at Ruijin Hospital.
