研究目的：

从感性系统和理性系统角度，探讨老年人跌倒风险感知偏差机制及自身价值需求对其健康活动风险决策的作用机制，为后续跌倒干预提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

From the perspective of perceptual system and rational system, our aim is to explore the deviation mechanism of older adults fall risk perception and the mechanism of their own value needs on risk decision-making of health activities, providing new ideas for subsequent fall intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 他人帮助下不能行走或完全卧床的老年人;
2. 严重认知功能障碍、无法阅读及沟通障碍者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Older adults cannot walk even with the help of others or were completely bedridden;
2. Older adults were severe cognitive dysfunction, were unable to read and communicate.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：
