研究目的:

1.将限制性站立训练应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者,采集力线、姿势及平衡、步态相关的指标,观察治疗后各项指标的变化。 2.改进限制性站立训练技术内容,完善可推广的操作方法设计。 3.筛选敏感评估指标,为后期多中心研究方案制定提供参考。 4.研究本训练方法的其他用途。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Apply restricted standing training to stroke hemiplegia patients, collect indicators related to force line, posture and balance, and gait, and observe the changes of various indicators after treatment. 2. Improve the technical content of restricted standing training and improve the design of the operation method that can be promoted. 3. Screening sensitive evaluation indicators to provide reference for the formulation of later multi-center research programs. 4. Research other uses of this training method.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.单纯小脑损伤;
2.认知障碍或其他原因不能完成每日30分钟的力线治疗;
3.近半年有脊柱或髋、膝关节手术及外伤史;
4.下肢关节挛缩畸形。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Simple cerebellar injury;
2. Cognitive impairment or other reasons cannot complete the daily 30-minute force line therapy;
3. A history of spine or hip or knee surgery and trauma in the past six months;
4. Lower extremity joint contracture deformity.
