研究目的：

该研究的主要目的是评估磁共振引导的个体化精准定位经颅磁刺激（TMS）治疗的重性抑郁症的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of MRI-guided individualized transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in the treatment of major depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断为双相情感障碍或伴有精神病症状的抑郁症；
2.合并其他精神疾病；
3.目前服用抗精神病药物治疗；
4.伴有严重脑器质性疾病，如癫痫、脑卒中、脑炎、脑外伤等，或者存在严重躯体疾病如恶性肿瘤、急性心衰、多器官衰竭等；
5.既往有酒精或药物依赖史；
6.妊娠期或哺乳期女性；
7.伴有金属植入物、幽闭恐怖等磁共振扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed as bipolar disorder or depression with psychotic symptoms;
2. Combined with other mental illness;
3. Currently taking antipsychotic medication;
4. Accompanied by serious organic brain diseases, such as epilepsy, stroke, encephalitis, brain trauma, etc., or serious physical diseases such as malignant tumors, acute heart failure, multiple organ failure, etc.;
5. A history of alcohol or drug dependence;
6. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
7. There are contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning such as metal implants and claustrophobia.
