研究目的：

本次研究的主要目的是以普通话为母语的人工耳蜗（CI）植入者为研究对象，探讨OPAL策略在汉语普通话的临床效果方面是否优于ACE编码策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether the OPAL strategy is superior to the ACE encoding strategy in the clinical effect of Mandarin in the cochlear implant (CI) patients who are native speakers of Mandarin.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.听神经或中枢听觉通路损伤所致耳聋；
2.听神经病的患者；
3.妨碍参与评估的其他障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Deafness caused by injury of auditory nerve or central auditory pathway;
2. Patients with acoustic nerve diseases;
3. Other barriers to participation in the assessment.
