研究目的：

主要目的：分析原发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（PCNSL）患者外周血NK细胞蛋白组学和磷酸化蛋白组学，并与正常人群进行比较，以期发现PCNSL患者NK细胞和正常人群蛋白表达和蛋白修饰存在什么样的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To analyze the proteomics and phosphorylation proteomics of peripheral blood NK cells in patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) and compare them with normal people, in order to find out the differences in protein expression and protein modification between NK cells in patients with PCNSL and normal people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在需要立即干预的急性感染，包括肺炎、急性肾盂肾炎、皮肤软组织感染及血流感染；
2.接受过PD-1/PD-L1免疫治疗或者其他细胞免疫治疗；
3.存在血流动力学不稳定的危重症患者；
4.存在自身免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are acute infections that require immediate intervention, including pneumonia, acute pyelonephritis, skin and soft tissue infections, and bloodstream infections;
2. Received PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy or other cellular immunotherapy;
3. Critically ill patients with unstable hemodynamics;
4. Presence of autoimmune disease.
