盲法：

产妇、麻醉医生、评估护士、产程管理者、超声测量人员不知分组。

Blinding：

The pictures of TPU were acquired and saved in the ultrasonic machine, and another ultrasound doctor who did not know the protocol performed the measurements. An attending anesthesiologist who did not know the protocol enrolled the participants and implemented the analgesia for the women according to the group assignment. A nurse who was blinded to the group allocations and did not see the operation process evaluated the VNRS score. During the whole labor process, the midwife and obstetric doctor who did not know the group assignment supervised the obstetric assessment and management.
