To explore the role of gut flora in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并化脓性关节炎，强制性脊柱炎，骨折等；
2.严重的糖尿病，高血压，心血管疾病等；
3.既往半年内有口服抗生素药物史或者质子泵抑制剂史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with septic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture, etc.;
2. Severe diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, etc.;
3. History of oral antibiotics or proton pump inhibitors in the past six months.
