研究目的：

本研究拟通过对比基于复制配准牙合面形态CAD/CAM 修复方法和常规口内扫描印模CAD/CAM 修复方法，由医师和患者对最终修复体进行系统评价，建立一种全冠修复体个性化形态设计与加工的新方法，从而进一步提升修复体咬合接触适合性，节省临床调牙合时间。  

Objectives of Study：

Through evaluating and comparing two methods of producing CAD/CAM zirconia crown, this study aims at building a new way of designing and manufacturing personalized restorations of CAD/CAM zirconia crowns. Thus enhancing occlusion fitness of full crown restorations and saving time in both clinical and lab procedures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a) 磨牙症、紧咬牙 b) 颞下颌关节病 c) 感觉、心理异常 d) 怀孕或哺乳期的妇女 e) 其他有可能影响修复效果的既往史（如严重心脑血管疾病、凝血功能异常等）

Exclusion criteria：

1. bruxism or clenching;
2. acute or chronic temporomandibular joint disorder;
3. Sensory or mental abnormality;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Other factors potentially affecting the effect of restoration (such as severe cardio-cerebral vascular diseases, coagulation abnormalities, etc).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。 电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
