研究目的：

探讨老年患者（age≥65，ASAⅠ-Ⅲ）腹部手术中，不同的机械通气策略（容量控制通气，压力控制通气）对全麻预后的影响，为临床老年患者优化通气管理提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

The objectives of this study is to research two kinds of different protective ventilation modes (Volume-controlled ventilation VCV, pressure-controlled ventilation PCV) on postoperative pulmonary and extrapulmonary complications in elderly patients undergoing general anaesthesia for abdominal surgery. The primary endpoints was a composite of major pulmonary and extrapulmonary complications occurring within the first 7 days after surgery. The secondary endpoints were pulmonary and extrepulmonary complications in the postoperative period.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的心功能不全，左室射血分数<50%，恶性心律失常 2.急诊手术 3.术前2周有机械通气>1h 4.急性呼吸衰竭 (肺炎, ALI 或ARDS) 5.进展性神经肌肉疾病 6.败血症或感染性休克

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious cardiac insufficiency, left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%, malignant arrhythmia;
2. Emergency;
3. Mechanical ventilation of >1 hour within the last 2 weeks before surgery;
4. Acute respiratory failure (pneumonia, acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress
syndrome);
5. Progressive neuromuscular illness;
6. Sepsis or septic shock.
