本研究旨在探讨正念训练对护士正念，身体疲劳，心理疲劳和同情疲劳水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate the effects of mindfulness training on nurses' levels of mindfulness, physical fatigue, mental fatigue, and compassion fatigue.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.参加过正念相关训练；
2.定期进行心理咨询或心理治疗；
3.服用抗抑郁药、情绪稳定剂、抗惊厥药或抗精神病药；
4.在过去6个月内经历过重大创伤事件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participated in mindfulness-related training;
2. Regular psychological counseling or psychotherapy;
3. Taking antidepressants, mood stabilizers, anticonvulsants or antipsychotics;
4. Experienced a major traumatic event within the past 6 months.
