研究目的：

主要目的： 1.了解太极拳干预对改善帕金森患者平衡能力、步态障碍、姿势稳定性、肌肉适能等的效果，并与实验对照组与空白对照组进行比较； 2.揭示帕金森病患者平衡能力、步态障碍、姿势稳定性改善的神经肌肉策略及运动控制机制； 3.研究不同康复性干预后肌肉协同效应是否发生变化，为通过诱导神经可塑性来改善帕金森病患者运动功能的干预措施提供一种新的评估方法； 4.评估干预前后帕金森病患者肠道菌群多样性、相对丰度的变化； 5.明确帕金森病患者的触动觉的功能状态，与运动功能障碍的关系，及运动干预后对其的改善作用； 6.明确帕金森病患者脑结构及功能的神经基础及其演变规律，采用脑影像表型的客观指标，监测及评价运动干预的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To understand the effect of Taijiquan intervention on improving the balance ability, gait disorder, postural stability, muscle fitness, etc. of Parkinson's patients, and compare with the experimental control group and the blank control group; 2. Reveal the neuromuscular strategies and motor control mechanisms for improving balance ability, gait disturbance, and postural stability in patients with Parkinson's disease; 3. To study whether the synergistic effect of muscles changes after different rehabilitation interventions, and to provide a new evaluation method for interventions to improve motor function in patients with Parkinson's disease by inducing neuroplasticity; 4. Assess the changes in the diversity and relative abundance of intestinal flora in Parkinson's disease patients before and after intervention; 5. To clarify the functional state of tactile sensation in patients with Parkinson's disease, its relationship with motor dysfunction, and its improvement effect after exercise intervention; 6. To clarify the neural basis and evolution of brain structure and function in patients with Parkinson's disease, and to use objective indicators of brain imaging phenotypes to monitor and evaluate the efficacy of exercise intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.受试者目前正在参加任何其他的行为学或药理学或运动干预的研究项目；
2.抑郁症或其他心理疾病；
3.心脑血管疾病（心脏病、中风、高血压收缩压超过160mm Hg）；
4.近一个月内服用抗生素；
5.运动限制性的疾病，如膝关节炎、风湿、痛风、视力损害、神经源性肌萎缩；
6.弱势群体，包括精神疾患、认知损伤、危重患者、孕妇、文盲等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject is currently participating in any other behavioral or pharmacological or exercise intervention research project;
2. Depression or other mental illness;
3. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (heart disease, stroke, hypertension, systolic blood pressure exceeding 160mm Hg);
4. Take antibiotics within the past month;
5. Movement-limiting diseases, such as knee arthritis, rheumatism, gout, visual impairment, neurogenic muscle atrophy;
6. Vulnerable groups, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate, etc.

符合条件的参与者将通过置换组随机分配被随机分配到1组干预组之中，分配比例为1：1：1，执行盲法分配。由项目数据分析师生成的随机化时间表将由项目人员保存，并以密封的形式将其交付给研究助手，然后由研究助手将合格的人员分配给干预小组。在获得知情同意并完成基线评估后，将进行随机分组。
