研究目的：

1.分别对比两组患者手术结束前30min、术毕及术后30min SBP、DBP、HR、MAP等血流动力学相关指标，分析瑞马唑仑或异丙酚麻醉对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者血流动力学指标的影响。 2.分别对比两组患者手术结束前30min、术毕及术后30min应激反应指标TNF-α、IL-6、血清淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、皮质醇（Cor）、降钙素原（PCT）、去甲肾上腺素（Ne）等血浆水平，分析瑞马唑仑或异丙酚麻醉对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者应激反应的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The hemodynamic indexes such as SBP, DBP, HR and map were compared between the two groups 30 minutes before the end of operation, 30 minutes after operation and 30 minutes after operation, and the effects of rimazolom or propofol anesthesia on hemodynamic indexes in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed. 2. The stress response indexes TNF were compared between the two groups 30 minutes before the end of operation, 30 minutes after operation and 30 minutes after operation- α The plasma levels of IL-6, serum amyloid A (SAA), C-reactive protein (CRP), cortisol (COR), procalcitonin (PCT) and norepinephrine (NE) were analyzed to analyze the effect of remazolam or propofol anesthesia on stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重的心脑血管疾病者； 2.无法耐受腹腔镜手术，或术后存在严重的手术并发症； 3.对本次研究所用麻醉药物过敏； 4.长期应用麻醉性镇痛药、镇静剂或非甾体类抗炎药物的患者； 5.阿片依赖或阿片耐受者； 6.尽管使用了血管活性药物，仍然存在全身性低血压的患者； 7.心动过缓，心率＜55次/分； 8.未安装起搏器的情况下存在高度房室传导阻滞； 9.合并颅脑损伤、颅内高压； 10.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能异常的患者； 11.既往变态反应疾病史者；2. 1既往有精神疾病史者； 13.脂肪代谢紊乱者； 14.可预见的困难插管； 15.研究者判断受试者不适合参加该临床试验的其他情况，无法配合完成研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Unable to tolerate laparoscopic surgery or serious postoperative complications; 3. Allergic to narcotic drugs used in this study; 4. Patients with long-term use of narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5. Opioid dependent or opioid tolerant; 6. Patients with systemic hypotension despite the use of vasoactive drugs; 7. Bradycardia, heart rate < 55 beats/min; 8. High atrioventricular block without pacemaker; 9. Complicated with craniocerebral injury and intracranial hypertension; 10. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, liver and renal dysfunction; 11. Previous allergic disease history; 12. Previous mental disease history; 13. Fat metabolism disorder; 14. Predictably difficult intubation; 15. The investigator judged that the subject was not suitable to participate in the clinical trial and was unable to cooperate to complete the study.
