主要目的：基于心电心音同步采集技术的心脏电-机械激动时间应用评估可行性心动过缓患者生理性起搏的电-机械同步性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Use acoustic parameters to evaluate the electromechanical synchronism in physiological pacing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能耐受手术患者；
2.孕妇或者未来2年准备怀孕的妇女；
3.预期寿命短于2年的患者；
4.严重肝肾功能不全（ALT >5倍ULA，eGFR< 15ml/min/1.73mm^2）；
5.已知活动期恶性肿瘤疾病；
6.研究者认为不适于参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery;
2. Pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant in the next 2 years;
3. Patients with life expectancy less than 2 years;
4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (ALT > 5 times ULA, eGFR < 15ml/min/1.73mm^2);
5. Known active malignant tumor disease;
6. The researchers believe that the patients are not suitable to participate in this study.
