研究肠道菌群移植对孤独症胃肠道症状和核心症状的改善情况，评估肠道微生态重建和免疫疗法对孤独症的治疗作用，进一步揭示孤独症的发病机制，探索有效地治疗新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the improvement of gut microbiota transplantation on gastrointestinal symptoms and core symptoms of autism, to evaluate the therapeutic effects of gut microecological reconstruction and immunotherapy on autism, to further reveal the pathogenesis of autism, and to explore new effective treatment methods

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.凝血功能障碍；
2.肠梗阻、肠穿孔、肠出血及其他可由肠道微生态重建引起全身严重反应的疾病；
3.对人免疫球蛋白过敏；
4.抗 IgA 抗体的选择性 IgA 缺乏；
5.除孤独症谱系障碍外，尚伴有其他神经、精神系统疾病或严重躯体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation disorders;
2. Intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding and other diseases that can cause serious systemic reactions due to intestinal microecological reconstruction;
3. Allergy to human immunoglobulin;
4. Selective IgA deficiency of anti-IgA antibodies;
5. In addition to autism spectrum disorder, there are other neurological, mental system diseases or serious physical diseases.
