研究目的:

1.分别构建XGBoost联合CNN算法的缺血性脑卒中患者出院后1、3、6、12个月内复发风险预测模型; 2.构建CNN脑部影像特征提取的最优模型; 3.利用Cox回归中筛选出的重要特征进行分析,发现临床上不常见,而在模型中表现出重要贡献的风险因素。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Construct XGBoost combined with CNN algorithm to predict the recurrence risk of ischemic stroke patients within 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after discharge; 2. Construct the optimal model for CNN brain image feature extraction; 3. Use the important features screened out in Cox regression to analyze, and find the risk factors that are not common in clinic but show important contribution in the model.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、癌症患者;
2、心源性梗死、其他原因脑梗死、不明原因脑梗死;
3、出血性脑卒中、混合性脑卒中和瘤卒中者;
4、合并有严重的心、肺、肝脏系统疾病;
5、研究者判断依从性不良和不能完成长期随访的患者;
6、目前参与有关研究性药物或医疗器械的任何临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Cancer patients;
2. Cardiac infarction, cerebral infarction of other reasons, cerebral infarction of unknown cause;
3. Hemorrhagic stroke, mixed stroke and tumor stroke;
4. Combined with serious heart, lung and liver system diseases;
5. Patients with poor compliance and unable to complete long-term follow-up as judged by the investigator;
6. Patients currently participating in any clinical trials related to investigational drugs or medical devices.
