主要目的：收集糖尿病创面患者组织，通过转录组测序，研究糖尿病创面愈合的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to collect diabetic wound tissue and study the mechanism of diabetic wound healing by transcriptome sequencing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.蜂窝组织炎；
2.坏疽；
3.骨髓炎；
4.血管功能不全：
5.踝肱指数 (ankle-brachial index, ABI)＜0.7或＞1.3；
6.在过去6周内对同侧下肢进行了血运重建。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cellulitis;
2. Gangrene;
3. Osteomyelitis;
4. Vascular insufficiency:
5. Ankle-brachial index (ABI) <0.7 or >1.3;
6. Revascularization of the ipsilateral lower extremity within the past 6 weeks.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集为病例记录。研究受试者的个人信息将受到严格保密，除非应相关法律要求，受试者的个人信息不会被泄露。必要时，政府管理部门和医院伦理委员会及其它相关研究人员可以按规定查阅资料。
