研究目的:

1. 发现可用于预测脑卒中风险的头颈动脉斑块特异性成像标志物和高维组学特征,并构建卒中急性期卒中风险分级模型; 2. 通过对脑卒中队列进行磁共振复查,试图建立可用于预测随访期间卒中复发风险的模型。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Discover the head-carotid artery plaque-specific imaging markers and high-dimensional imaging features that can be used to predict the risk of stroke, and construct a stroke risk grading model for the acute phase of stroke; 2. Through the magnetic resonance reexamination of the stroke cohort, try to build a model that can be used to predict the risk of stroke recurrence during the follow-up period.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 出血性脑梗死;
2. 动脉夹层、脑肿瘤等中枢神经系统疾病;
3. 接受过颈动脉内膜切除术、支架置入或血管介入治疗的患者;
4. 无法接受或不能耐受本研究相关检查的患者,或任何一项检查有禁忌症的患者;
5. 图像质量不合格;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction;
2. Arterial dissection, brain tumors, and other central nervous system diseases;
3. Patients who have received carotid endarterectomy, stent placement, or vascular intervention;
4. Patients who cannot accept or tolerate the relevant examinations of this study, or those with contraindications to any one of the examinations;
5. The image quality is not up to standard.
