研究目的：

主要目的：肝癌患者是否存在肠道真菌多样性和丰度上的改变；肠道真菌紊乱是否与临床指标具有相关性；肝癌中是否存在肠道真菌代谢通路及其功能变化；肠道真菌联合其代谢产物能否用于肝癌的早期诊断。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Whether there are changes in the diversity and abundance of intestinal fungi in patients with liver cancer; whether intestinal fungal disorders are correlated with clinical indicators; whether there are changes in intestinal fungi metabolic pathways and their functions in liver cancer; Whether metabolites can be used for early diagnosis of liver cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的心脑血管疾病（心力衰竭、脑卒中）；
2.有自身免疫系统疾病病史（系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎等）；
3.炎症性肠病、胃肠道出血、持续或慢性腹泻的病因不明、艰难梭状芽胞杆菌感染（复发）病史；
4.5年内有过胃肠道手术史；
5.有其他恶性肿瘤病史；
6.有精神疾病病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (heart failure, stroke);
2. A history of autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.);
3. History of inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, persistent or chronic diarrhea of unknown etiology, and Clostridium difficile infection (relapse);
A history of gastrointestinal surgery within 4.5 years;
5. History of other malignant tumors;
6. Have a history of mental illness.
