研究目的:

观察活性维生素D,肌力和平衡能力锻炼治疗对降低老年骨质疏松人群跌倒风险的疗效及临床依从性。  

Objectives of Study:

To observe the efficacy of vitamin D,exercise of myodynamia and Balance on risk reduction of falls in patients with osteoporosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)既往有脑部疾病、血管病变、神经肌肉病变、糖尿病、骨关节畸形、眼部疾病等所有可能影响平衡功能的疾病;
(2)3~6个月内服用影响骨代谢、肌力及机体平衡的药物;
(3)多发性结石;
(4)胆囊或双肾有两处或两处以上结石患者.

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with any medical history which may affect the balance function disorders,including vascular
disease, neuromuscular disease, diabetes, bone and joint deformities, eye disease;
2. Patients who took drugs which may affect bone metabolism, muscle strength and body balance within 3~6
months;
3. Patients with multiple stones;
4. Patients who has two or more stones in gallbladder of kidney.
