研究目的：

1.拟在小潮气量条件下，比较驱动压指导的个体化PEEP与恒定PEEP（5cmH2O)对于Trendelenburg位机器人前列腺癌根治术老年患者者术中肺功能及脑功能的影响； 2.采用超声可视化等技术判断驱动压指导的个体化PEEP是否影响Trendelenburg位机器人前列腺癌根治术老年患者脑功能，从而为该类手术患者提供肺保护及脑保护措施提供临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the effects of driving pressure-guided individualized PEEP and constant PEEP (5cmH2O) on the intraoperative pulmonary function and brain function of elderly patients undergoing robotic radical prostatectomy in Trendelenburg position under the condition of low tidal volume; 2. Using techniques such as ultrasound visualization to determine whether the individualized PEEP guided by driving pressure affects the brain function of elderly patients with Trendelenburg robotic radical prostatectomy, so as to provide clinical evidence for lung protection and brain protection measures for such patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前有脊柱或胸廓畸形，困难气道；
2.急慢性肺部疾病史、胸部手术史及外伤史；
3.有眼部疾病眼部外伤眼部肿瘤、视神经炎、青光眼；
4.精神病或神经系统疾病病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative spine or thoracic deformity, difficult airway;
2. History of acute and chronic lung diseases, thoracic surgery and trauma;
3. Eye disease, eye trauma, eye tumor, optic neuritis, glaucoma;
4. History of psychiatric or neurological disease.
