研究目的：

随着医学的进步和人民生活质量的提高，对眼科疾病的诊疗要求也逐渐提高，不仅需要看得见，好要看的有质量。通过对眼部各种诊疗措施实施前后的视功能的研究，可以明确对视功能最有益的诊疗方案，同时避免和改善一些不良的操作，以使患者获得更好的视觉效果。  

Objectives of Study：

With development of medical science, the quality of life improved. The demand for a better visual outcome is increasing during the ophthalmic practice. Thus, study of the changes in visual function before and after ocular practices could find out the best strategy, avoid or enhance unwanted ones, so to achieve a better visual result.

排除标准：

1.患者因各种原因不能完成部分或全部检查； 2.具有精神疾患或不能良好配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient cannot complete some or all of the examinations due to various reasons; 2. Mental illness or poor coordination.
