研究目的：

运用高通量测序技术检测糖尿病足 (Diabetic Foot,DF)患者创面组织内小分子RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)的表达谱系，筛选糖尿病缺血型与非缺血型创面组织中差异性表达的miRNAs,对部分差异性miRNAs进行荧光实时定量PCR (RealTime quantitative PCR,RT-qPCR)验证。运用生物信息学法对miRNA表达谱进行靶基因预测、聚类分析及GO和Pathway分析，初步建立糖尿病足差异表达miRNA与靶基因及基因功能调控网络。  

Objectives of Study：

RNA (microRNAs, miRNAs) expression in Diabetic (DF) in patients with diabetic foot (Foot) was detected by high throughput sequencing technology. To screen the differential expression of miRNAs in the wound tissues of diabetic patients with missing blood group and non - deficiency type.Real time quantitative PCR (quantitative PCR RealTime, RT-qPCR) verification of partial differential miRNAs. Target gene prediction, cluster analysis, GO and Pathway analysis were used to analyze the expression profile of miRNA and in the expression profile of diabetic foot, and the differences in expression of miRNA and target gene and gene function regulation network were established.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴不符合诊断标准和纳入标准者
⑵特殊原因所致的糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病
⑶年龄在30岁以下或85岁以上
⑷妊娠或哺乳期妇女
⑸近一月内出现酮症酸中毒，糖尿病高渗状态以及重度感染者
⑹有严重心、肝、肾等并发症，或合并有其他严重原发性疾病，精神病患者
⑺其他原因引起的神经、血管病变
⑻根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他情况，工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况
⑼对治疗方案中相关药物过敏，不适合接受本治疗方案者
⑽正在参加其他药物临床研究的患者
⑾糖尿病溃疡诊断标准为1级者
如以上任何一个答案为“是”，此受试者不能参加试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) It does not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria;
(2) The special causes of diabetes, gestational diabetes mellitus;
(3) We are under the age of 30 or over the age of 85;
(4) The pregnant or lactating women;
(5) The last January in diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar state and severe infection;
(6) No serious heart, liver and kidney complications, or associated with other serious diseases, mental patients;
(7) nerve and vascular lesions caused by other reasons;
(8) according to researchers of judgment, is lowered into the group or the group complex in other situations, working environment changes frequently and easy to cause loss to follow-up;
(9) Only for treatment of medicine allergy, not suitable for the treatment;
(10) We are participating in other clinical studies in patients with drug;
(11) 2 diagnostic standard of 1 grade diabetic ulcers.
If any of the above answers are "yes", the subjects are unable to participate in the test.
