本研究拟通过一项对照试验观察安宫黄体酮、达芙通和阴道用黄体酮（安琪坦）在重度内异症患者卵泡期高孕激素促排卵方案中的作用效果比较

Objectives of Study：

The clinical outcome of MPA and Duphaston and Utrogestan in Primed-progesterone ovarian stimulation protocol for advanced endometriosis patients undergoing IVF cycle.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除卵巢功能衰竭、PCOS、生殖道急性感染患者及合并系统性疾病的妇女，另外排除同时参加其他临床试验的患者以及研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床实验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

ovarian failure, pcos, acute genital tract infection and other systemtic diseases.
