研究目的：

通过观察焦虑症患者与正常对照人群肠道微生物菌落构成的差异，并比较治疗前后的不同，探索肠道微生物在焦虑症发病中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

In order to explore the role of intestinal microflora on the pathogenesis of anxiety, the present study devises to observe the differences of the composition of the intestinal microflora between patients with anxiety disorders and normal person, as well as the differences before and after anti-anxiety treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

据患者病情选择，不干预 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

no intervention 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A、患有炎性肠病、克罗恩病等消化系统疾病；
B、肥胖：BMI≥28.0；高血糖：FPG≥6.1mmol/L和/或确诊为糖尿病后已进行治疗者；TG≥2.0mmol/L；高血压：收缩压≥140mmHg或舒张压≥90mmHg；
C、孕妇哺乳期女性；
D、患有其他符合DSM-5 诊断标准的精神障碍。
E、近2周内服用过任何一种精神药物及解热镇痛药。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease, crohn's disease or other diseases of the digestive system;
2. Obesity: BMI >=28.0; hyperglycemia: FPG >=6.1mmol/L and/or somebody has been diagnosed with diabetes and treatment; TG >=2.0mmol/L; hypertension: systolic >=140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Suffering from other mental disorders in line with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria;
5. Taken any kind of anti-inflammatory drugs and psychotropic substances within 2 weeks.
