主要目的：评价不同手术技术治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the effect of different surgical techniques on rotator cuff injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肩袖损伤合并盂唇损伤，累计肱二头肌长头腱、肩胛下肌、冈上肌上表面、小圆肌、肌腹部有严重脂肪浸润的患者；
2.既往接受过肩袖手术、肩关节骨折手术、基础疾病较重、骨质疏松患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with rotator cuff injury combined with labrum injury, accumulated severe fat infiltration of biceps long head tendon, subscapularis muscle, supraspinatus muscle, teres minor muscle, and muscle abdomen;
2. Patients who have received rotator cuff surgery, shoulder fracture surgery, severe underlying diseases, and osteoporosis in the past.
