研究目的：

了解老年病人罗库溴铵铵持续输注的肌松效应和全麻术后残余作用及其并发症的的发生率，并对肌松残余作用的危险因素进行分析，为临床合理使用肌松药提供可靠的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Understand incidence of residual effects and complications of elderly patients of rocuronium bromide ammonium continuous intravenous muscle relaxant effect and the muscle loose residual effects of the risk factors after general anesthesia, for rational clinical use of muscle relaxants to provide a reliable basis

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Ammonium bromide 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

凝胶电极过敏、神经-肌肉接头疾病患者、正在参与其他临床研究、体位和手术干扰TOF-Watch SX正常工作、肝肾功能异常、安装心脏起搏器、肌病、周围神经病变、迟缓性麻痹、正在服用或有服用影响神经肌肉传导的药物或影响罗库溴铵代谢的药物、BMI≥25或≤18kg/m2、T<32℃

Exclusion criteria：

Electrode gel allergy, neuromuscular junction disease, participating in other clinical research, posture and surgical interference TOF-Watch SX normal work and abnormal function of the liver and kidney, installed pacemaker, myopathy, around neuropathy, slow paralysis, taking drugs affecting neuromuscular transmission or the influence of rocuronium metabolism of drugs,BMI>=25 or <=18kg/m2, T<32 degree C.
