研究目的：

探究应用经皮穴位电刺激是否可以影响高血压患者的术前血压。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the application of percutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can affect the preoperative blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.用于电刺激的部位的皮肤损伤、皮疹或局部感染，或该部位附近存在金属植入物；
2.植入起搏器、心肺起搏器或除颤器；
3.植入电子胰岛素泵或其他类型的电子植入装置；
4.怀孕或哺乳的妇女；
5.体质指数≥30公斤/平方米；
6.中枢神经系统紊乱或精神疾病；
7.在一周内接受过电刺激治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Skin damage, rash or local infection at the site used for electrical stimulation, or the presence of metal implants near the site;
2. Implanted pacemaker, cardiopulmonary pacemaker or defibrillator;
3. Implantation of electronic insulin pumps or other types of electronic implantable devices;
4. Who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
5. Body mass index >= 30 kg/square meter;
6. Central nervous system disorder or mental illness;
7. Patients who have received electrical stimulation therapy within one week.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

试验中的观察人员会将观察到的指标及时、完整、正确的录入病例记录表中。之后，将数据录入电子数据表，并备份保存。
