研究目的：

采用随机对照临床试验，观察耳迷走神经埋针对轻中度青少年抑郁症的临床疗效，以优化安全有效的青少年抑郁症的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled clinical trial was used to observe the clinical efficacy of auricular vagus nerve implantation for mild to moderate adolescent depression, so as to optimize a safe and effective treatment plan for adolescent depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并癫痫、严重心脑血管、肝、肾以及造血系统等躯体性疾病；
2.双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、及严重精神疾病者；
3.耳廓皮肤有破损等不适宜做耳针埋针者；
4.服用其余抗抑郁药或正在进行其它疗法者；
5.调查不配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with epilepsy, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other physical diseases;
2. Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and severe mental illness;
3. Those with damaged auricular skin are not suitable for auricular acupuncture;
4. Those taking other antidepressants or taking other treatments;
5. Not cooperating with the investigation.
