研究目的：

收集原发性青光眼患者眼球生物学参数和房水中细胞因子的含量，进行相关性分析，并比较不同类型青光眼之间的差异性。

Objectives of Study：

Collection of ocular biological parameters and aqueous humor cytokines in patients with primary glaucoma analysis with linear correlation and comparative difference.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①继发性青光眼患者；
②合并高血压、肾炎等全身疾病的原发性青光眼患者；
③接受过内眼手术（包括激光治疗）的原发性青光眼患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary glaucoma patients;
2. Primary glaucoma patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension, nephritis and so on;
3. Primary glaucoma patients who received internal eye surgery (including laser therapy).
