研究目的:

主要目的:结合近红外脑功能、运动学、动力学、电生理及临床功能量表等信息,基于上、下肢感觉运动训练、经颅磁刺激、功能性电刺激等不同康复范式,在关键时间节点上对脑卒中患者运动功能障碍进行多模态参数评估,研究不同肢体运动康复模式对脑功能重塑的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

Main purpose: Combined with information such as near-infrared brain function, kinematics, dynamics, electrophysiology and clinical function scales, based on different rehabilitation paradigms such as upper and lower limb sensorimotor training, transcranial magnetic stimulation, functional electrical stimulation, etc., at critical time. Multimodal parameter evaluation of motor dysfunction in stroke patients was carried out on the node, and the effect of different limb movement rehabilitation modes on brain function remodeling was studied.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.既往有脑卒中病史,脑外伤史,脑肿瘤史;
2.并发严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍或其他严重躯体疾病;
3.既往癫痫及癫痫家族史;
4.人体中植入的金属如心脏起搏器,头颅部的金属等。
5.出现新的梗死灶或继发性出血,病情恶化者;
6.有严重颈椎病变包括严重颈锥管狭窄、颈椎不稳定者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of stroke, traumatic brain injury, and brain tumor in the past;
2. Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases;
3. Past epilepsy and family history of epilepsy;
4. Metals implanted in the human body such as pacemakers, metals in the skull, etc.
5. New infarction or secondary bleeding occurs, and the condition deteriorates;
6. Those with severe cervical vertebral disease, including severe cervical conical canal stenosis and cervical spine instability.
