研究目的：

拟通过比较艾司氯胺酮在罗哌卡因硬膜外分娩镇痛中不同剂量的EC50和EC95来确定艾司氯胺酮硬膜外给药的最低有效浓度。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the minimum effective concentration of esketamine for epidural administration by comparing the EC50 and EC95 of different doses of esketamine in ropivacaine epidural labor analgesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

存在硬膜外镇痛禁忌症、子痫前期、糖尿病、先天性胎儿异常以及合并心肌病、肝脏疾病和肾功能不全等疾病的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Women with contraindications to epidural analgesia, preeclampsia, diabetes mellitus, congenital fetal abnormalities, and co-morbidities such as cardiomyopathy, liver disease, and renal insufficiency.
