研究目的：

目前，深圳医院骨科已经积累了数目众多的遗传骨病病人，我们希望在此基础上： （1）建立完善的遗传骨病的影像数据库和组织库； （2）精准鉴定各种遗传骨病的致病基因，完善遗传骨病基因库； （3）测量病人骨骼，肌肉和皮肤细胞的基因和蛋白表达谱，以探讨突变基因对成骨细胞，肌肉细胞和皮肤细胞分化的影响，深入了解其致病机理； （4）培养和冻存病人的原代骨骼细胞，用于鉴定骨骼祖细胞和测试药物的功效，为将来可能转化的药物或者治疗方案提供科研基础。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, a large number of patients with genetic bone diseases have been diagnosed in our hospital. We hope that on this basis to: (1) Establish an image and tissue database of genetic bone diseases; (2) Accurately identify the pathogenic genes of various genetic bone diseases; (3) Explore the effect of mutant genes on the differentiation of osteoblasts, muscle cells and skin cells, and to further understand its pathogenesis; (4) Identify bone progenitor cells and test the efficacy of drugs, so as to provide scientific research basis for drugs or treatment schemes that may be transformed in the future.
