研究目的：

探讨两种半自助式心理干预方法--基于妊娠期心理应激理论的应对卡片干预和基于感恩特质的感恩日记训练对妊娠期女性的抑郁、焦虑症状水平及分娩结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of two guided self-help interventions-coping cards intervention based on theory of psychological stress in pregnancy and gratitude journal intervention-on depression,anxiety and adverse birth outcomes of pregnant women

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①当前已确诊患有精神疾病，需接受治疗或服用药物；②既往患有精神疾病史、药物或酒精依赖；③存在脑器质性疾病或认知功能障碍，无法配合完成研究；④存在严重的躯体疾病，无法配合干预和随访；⑤目前正在接受任何心理治疗或心理辅导；⑥孕妇及其家属拒绝参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Currently diagnosed with mental illness, receiving treatment or taking drugs;
2. previous psychiatric history and substance abuse;
3. Currently diagnosed with cerebral organic psychosis orcognitive disorder;
4. Currently diagnosed with physical disease;
5. Currently accept any psychological treatment;
6. refuse to participate this study.
