Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer's Injection in total knee arthroplasty.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术中出现严重血流动力学改变的患者；
2. 术中动脉血气分析有急剧变化的患者；
3. 未签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe intraoperative hemodynamic changes;
2. Patients with dramatic changes in intraoperative arterial blood gas analysis;
3. Patients who did not sign the informed consent.
