研究目的：

主要目的：通过江苏省中医院EDC系统平台，收集真实世界中肠易激综合征的临床诊疗数据，评估临床综合环境下调神健脾针法治疗肠易激综合征的疗效和安全性；次要目的：分析调神健脾针法治疗肠易激综合征的基本诊疗信息，探究调神健脾针法治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效的影响因素；调查患者相关治疗的直接成本、间接成本以及患者满意度，评价调神健脾针法的卫生经济优势及推广应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To collect clinical diagnosis and treatment data of irritable bowel syndrome in the real world through the EDC system platform of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with the acupuncture method of lowering the spirit and strengthening the spleen in clinical comprehensive environment; Secondary objective: To analyze the basic diagnosis and treatment information of Tiaoshen Jianpi acupuncture in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, and to explore the influencing factors of clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Jianpi acupuncture in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. To investigate the direct cost and indirect cost of patient-related treatment as well as patient satisfaction, and evaluate the health economic advantages and application value of tiaoshen spleen-strengthening acupuncture.
