To study the changes of Virology and immune response of HBV infected pregnant women before and after pregnancy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并其他嗜肝病毒感染、人类免疫缺陷病毒感染、肝硬化和妊娠相关疾病患者，如妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症，妊娠期高血压疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other hepatotropic virus infection, human immunodeficiency virus infection, liver cirrhosis and pregnancy-related diseases, such as intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, hypertensive diseases of pregnancy, etc.
