研究目的：

明确补骨生髓方治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to identify the clinical effect of bugushengsui recipe for treating osteoporosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）全身代谢性骨骼疾病；（2）两年内有外伤引起的骨折；（3）影响骨代谢的慢性疾病如糖尿病、类风湿性关节炎、甲状旁腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能亢进症及其他需要长期治疗的慢性疾病；（4）有严重心脑血管疾病；（5）肝肾功能异常；（6）慢性胃肠道疾病；（7）近期有急慢性感染过敏；（8）2-3天内有剧烈运动；（9）严重的器质性疾病、精神神经系统疾病和活动性骨关节病；（10）半年内用过雌激素、降钙素、一年内用过氟化物、二膦酸盐和肾上腺皮质激素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. metabolic bone disease around the body;
2. Fracture by traumatic injuries in two years;
3. Chronic diseases affecting bone metabolism, including diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism and other chronic diseases that require long-term treatment;
4. Severe heart and brain vessels diseases;
5. Liver and kidney dysfunction;
6. Chronic gastrointestinal diseases;
7. Acute or chronic infection in the near future;
8. Strenuous exercise in two or three days;
9. Serious organic disease, mental and nervous system diseases, and active osteoarthropathy;
10. The patients who have taken estrogen and calcitonin, or fluoride, bisphosphonates,adrenocortical hormone in one year.
