研究目的：

研究任务导向训练治疗脑卒中患者上肢运动功能障碍和自理能力障碍的最佳百分比强度，补充任务导向训练在制定训练强度方面的不足，为规范化任务导向训练提供科学、有价值的参考依据，同时减少因未使用最佳强度的任务导向训练带来的多余时间成本与经济成本。

Objectives of Study：

To study the optimal percentage intensity of task-oriented training in the treatment of upper extremity motor dysfunction and self-care ability disorder in stroke patients, supplement the deficiency of task-oriented training in formulating training intensity, and provide scientific and valuable reference basis for standardized task-oriented training, At the same time, reduce the extra time cost and economic cost caused by not using the optimal percentage intensity of task-oriented training.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组采用传统作业疗法；试验组A采用50%强度的任务导向训练，试验组B采用75%强度的任务导向训练，试验组C采用100%强度的任务导向训练。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The control group received traditional occupational therapy. Experimental group A used 50% task-oriented training, experimental group B used 75% task-oriented training, and experimental group C used 100% task-oriented training.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 中度及严重认知障碍，简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)≤24分； 2. 其它影响上肢功能的神经系统疾病； 3. 严重的上肢痉挛，改良Ashworth量表（MAS）分级为4级； 4. 严重疼痛，VAS评分≥7分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Moderate and severe cognitive impairment, Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) <= 24 points; 2. Other neurological diseases affecting upper extremity; 3. Severe upper extremity spasm, the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) was rated as grade 4; 4. Severe pain, VAS score >= 7 points.
