研究目的:

本课题拟从人体和动物两个层面开展研究,评价细菌溶解物对COPD患者治疗的作用,对肠道和气道菌群的作用,对气道黏膜SIgA及对线粒体自噬相关基因和蛋白的作用,阐明细菌溶解物发挥作用的可能机制,为COPD防治寻找有效的防治药物和干预靶点。  

Objectives of Study:

This subject aimed to investigate the effect of bacterial lysates on COPD patients from the human and animal levels. Gut and airway microbiota, airway mucosal SIgA and mitochondrial autophagy related genes and proteins were detected to clarify the potential mechanism of bacterial lysates, and find effective preventive drugs and intervention targets for the prevention and treatment of COPD.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

患者有其它呼吸系统疾病(哮喘、支气管扩张、肺间质纤维化等)、恶性肿瘤、免疫系统相关疾病或入组前1个月内有口服/静脉激素治疗史。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with other respiratory diseases (asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, etc.), malignant tumors, immune system-related diseases or a history of oral/intravenous hormone therapy within 1 month before enrollment.
