研究目的：

1. 主要目的：本研究主要分为回顾性研究及前瞻性研究两部分，研究免疫功能正常及免疫功能缺陷肺部感染患者致病菌构成情况、耐药情况、治疗现状和病原学差异性，筛选不同免疫状态肺部感染患者高敏感性、特异性的生物学标志物；了解不同免疫状态肺部感染患者预后相关危险因素以及经典评价体系的应用价值。 2. 次要目的：基于上述研究成果开发更好的快速诊断及预后评估试剂盒，生成新的病情评分量表，初步建立不同免疫状态肺部感染患者预后预警模块，为及时选用针对性精准抗感染方案、避免免疫缺陷患者常规采用的“大包围”抗感染方案、减少抗生素滥用提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: To analyze the differences of pathogenic microorganisms, drug resistance and treatment between inmmunocompromised and normal patients with lung infection, and to screen biological markers with high sensitivity and specificity; to understand the prognosis-related risk factors for patients with lung infections of different immune states and the application value of the classic evaluation systems. 2. Secondary purpose: Based on the above research results to develop a better and rapid diagnosis assessment kit and generate a new disease score scale, and initially establish a early warning model for different immune states patients with lung infections, in order to select targeted and precise antibiotics and reduce the drug abuse.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 支气管扩张症患者；
2. 活动性肺结核患者；
3. 阻塞性肺炎患者；
4. 不能理解、执行调查方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with bronchiectasis;
2. Patients with active tuberculosis;
3. Patients with obstructive pneumonia;
4. Patients who cannot understand and implement the study plan.
