研究目的：

1. 基于临床康替唑胺血药浓度监测结果和药效学指标，在高龄患者中开展群体药代动力学研究； 2. 建立群体药代动力学模型，探索影响高龄患者康替唑胺代谢的关键因素，以便后期对高龄患者制定科学的个体化治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To carry out pop PK/PD study in elderly patients based on the monitoring results of clinical contezolid level and pharmacodynamic indexes; 2. To explore the factors that affect the metabolism of contezolid, so as to formulate a scientific individualized treatment plan for elderly patients.
