研究目的:

1.拟通过基于“调脏通络”法探讨杵针通过NF-κB信号通路对糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机制。研究通过调控NF-κB信号通路,抑制NF-κB介导的神经元凋亡,同时拮抗由氧化应激所介导的神经损伤过程,为杵针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变提供理论依据。 2.阐释杵针用于治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的机制及科学内涵,为杵针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的深入研究奠定基础,进一步推广应用国家非物质文化遗产。  

Objectives of Study:

1. The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism of pestle acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy through NF-κB signaling pathway based on the method of ''regulating internal organs and dredging collaterals''. By regulating the NF-κB signaling pathway, the study inhibits neuronal apoptosis mediated by NF-κB, and at the same time antagonizes the process of nerve damage mediated by oxidative stress, which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with pestle acupuncture. 2. Explain the mechanism and scientific connotation of pestle acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, lay the foundation for the in-depth research of pestle acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and further promote the application of national intangible cultural heritage.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.取穴施杵部位皮肤完整性受损,有皮炎、过敏等皮肤疾患,或皮肤对金属过敏的患者;
2.酮症及酮症酸中毒;
3.急性感染性疾病;
4.下肢静脉曲张或水肿者;
5.下肢血管外科术后;
6.合并严重心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病及精神疾病;
7.严重视力减退或失明;
8.癌症患者;
9.妊娠患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The integrity of the skin at the site of acupoint selection and pestle is damaged, and there are skin diseases such as dermatitis and allergies, or patients with skin allergies to metals;
2. Ketosis and ketoacidosis;
3. Acute infectious diseases;
4. Varicose veins or edema of the lower extremities;
5. After lower extremity vascular surgery;
6. Combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental diseases;
7. Severe vision loss or blindness;
8. Cancer patients;
9. Pregnant patients.
