研究目的：

观察经皮电刺激肺俞穴、合谷穴、足三里穴对术前评估PPCs高风险患者术后恢复质量的影响，包括围术期肺保护，炎性反应，术后肺部并发症及提高术后恢复质量。为术前评估术后肺部并发症高风险患者行胸腹腔镜食道癌手术加速术后康复提供临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to observe the effect of percutaneous electrical acupoint of stimulation at Feishu(BL-23),Hegu(LI4),ZuSanLi(ST-36) on recovery quality after surgery in preoperative evaluation of PPCs high-risk patientsincluding perioperative lung protection，inflammation response，pulmonary complications after surgery, improving the quality of postoperative recovery. And eventually leading to a standardized management for enhanced recovery after Laparoscopic

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有术前放化疗史
2、术前有免疫抑制药物治疗史
3、有穴位刺激禁忌者
4、阻塞性或限制性肺疾患（肺活量或第一秒用力呼气量<50%预计值）
5、肥胖病人BMI>30kg/m

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of preoperative chemoradiotherapy;
2. history of preoperative immunosuppressive drugs;
3. Have contraindication in acupoint stimulation;
4. Obstructive or restrictive lung disease (vital capacity or the first second forced expiratory volume < 50% expected value);
5. BMI>30kg/m.
