主要研究目标：探索性分析气道细菌丰度是否为预测慢阻肺未来风险的重要因素； 次要目标：①慢阻肺急性加重与气道细菌丰度的关系；②慢阻肺患者气道中，几种常见定植/致病菌丰度和急性加重的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective:Exploratory analysis of the important factors for predicting whether bacterial abundance future risk of COPD airway.Secondary objectives: 1. acute exacerbation of COPD the relationship between airway bacterial abundance; 2. patients with COPD the airways, several common colonization / pathogen abundance and acute exacerbation of relations.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不能配合本项目的相关检查或其他原因不能合作者；
②可能影响呼吸道细菌丰度的慢性疾患，包括活动性肺结核、频繁发作的支气管扩张伴感染病史、获得性免疫缺陷病、恶性肿瘤等；
③酗酒或麻醉药物滥用、吸毒史，或具有精神病史（如精神分裂症、强迫症、抑郁症）、对抗性格、不良动机、多疑或其他情感或智力问题等可能影响参与此研究的知情有效性的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. can not cope with this project or other reasons not related inspection collaborators;
2. chronic disease that may affect the respiratory tract bacterial abundance, including active tuberculosis, frequent episodes of bronchiectasis with infection history, acquired immunodeficiency disease, cancer and so on;
3. alcohol or narcotic drug abuse, drug history, or with a history of mental illness (such as schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression) against personality, poor motivation, paranoia or other emotional or mental problems that may affect the validity of the study and informed participation Case.
