研究目的：

1.从生物力学角度探讨下肢对线不良与膝关节骨性关节炎 ( Knee Osteoarthritis，KOA)髌股关节结构紊乱的发生和发展的相关性； 2.髌骨轨迹异常在全膝关节置换术中为常见的并发症。如何获得一个术后正常的髌骨运动轨迹，减轻患者术后疼痛是一个值得思考的课题，本研究通过对KOA患者进行相关影像学参数的测量，（1）探讨其与人工膝关节置换术后疼痛的产生机制；（2）通过探究有临床意义的影像学参数，从而为人工膝关节置换(TKA)假体安装角度以及国人髌骨假体设计的提供参考指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

1. From the viewpoint of biomechanics of lower extremity malalignment and knee osteoarthritis (knee osteoarthritis, KOA) patellofemoral joint structure disorder in the occurrence and development of correlation; 2. abnormal patellar tracking is a common complication in total knee arthroplasty. How to get a surgery after normal patellar tracking and reduce postoperative pain is a topic worthy of consideration, this study through measurements of KOA were related to imaging parameters, (1) to investigate the artificial knee joint replacement after pain mechanism; (2) through the study of clinical significance of imaging parameters, so as to total knee arthroplasty (TKA) prosthesis installation angle and Chinese patellar prosthesis design provides reference and guiding significance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重的心、脑、肺、肾等内科疾病及全身情况较差者；
②孕妇、妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
③摄片不清晰。
④未签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious heart, brain, lung, kidney and other diseases in the Department of internal medicine and the general situation of the poor;
2. Pregnant women, pregnant or lactating women;
3. The photo is not clear;
4. It has not signed the informed consent of patients.
