研究目的：

探讨taVNS对DOC患者意识障碍脑功能的影响，阐释taVNS改善DOC患者脑功能的中枢通路及相应脑区。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the brain function promotion of taVNS on DOC patients, to explain the central passway and corresponding brain areas of taVNS on DOC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①癫痫病史。
②缺血缺氧性脑病及其他全脑因素所致的DOC。
③脑结构变形、缺损大于全脑30%的。
④有MR扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of epilepsy;
2. DOC caused by hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and other global cerebral factors;
3. brain structural deformation defects greater than 30% of the whole brain;
4. have MR scans contraindications.

本研究采用随机平行对照的方法。由计算机产生的随机方案由专人负责保管。随机方案除设计者之外，其他研究人员均不能知晓。临床医师根据患者的入组序号向中心随机员索取随机号及该患者所纳入的组别编号，然后按照事先确定好的各组的治疗方案进行临床研究。
